Subsystem
The subsystem used to determine which asset attribute mapping to use. There can be only one mapping per subsystem/property combination. This field is required.
Subsystem map ID
The identifier of the subsystem used for mapping. This field is display only and is assigned when creating a new work order mapping.

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Property
The asset that is being mapped from the internal system to a column in ArcGIS. This field has a choice-list. There can be only one mapping per subsystem/property combination.
GIS field name
The GIS name where the data is sent.
Default text value
The text value that defaults if the Internal object name field is blank in the internal system. You can only have one default value field have an entered value. If this field has a value, the Default numeric value and Default date and time value fields must be blank.
Default numeric value
The numeric value that defaults if the Internal object name field is blank in the internal system. You can only have one default value field have an entered value. If this field has a value, the Default text value and Default date and time value fields must be blank.
Default date and time value
The date and time value that defaults if the Internal object name field is blank in the internal system. You can only have one default value field have an entered value. If this field has a value, the Default text value and Default numeric fields must be blank.
Mapping use
This field uses the external data mapping screen information to translate outgoing data from the internal application to ArcGIS.
Error on other values
Check this box to send an error to the error handler in the application when values entered are values other than allowed or expected. If this box in unchecked, any values entered will be passed on to the system.
This field defines the behavior for what happens when a mapping use is defined for this mapping, but the value coming from ArcGIS for this field does not exist as an external ID belonging to that mapping use.
If this box is unchecked, MAXQueue will use the incoming value as is.
For example, the internal application field called TREESPECIES has a value entered of FORESTRY-SPECIES1, and that Internal ID does not exist for the mapping use, the value saved to the mapped field will be FORESTRY-SPECIES1.
If this box is checked, MAXQueue will stop processing the feature and log an error.
For example, the internal application field called TREESPECIES has a value entered of FORESTRY-SPECIES1, and that Internal ID does not exist for the mapping use, MAXQueue logs an error and will stop processing this feature.
Convert to integer
Check this field to attempt to convert mapped numeric values into a whole number. For example, converting 1.0000 into 1.
Allowed list type ID
Select a list type from the choice-list to set the values that are allowed for the field mapping. If the Internal object name field's value is not in the list type selected in this field, then this work order mapping does not qualify to be used for the mapping feature. This field has a choice-list.
