The Basic Info tab of the Service Request Mapping screen.
Symptom
The symptom ID used to determine which service request mapping to use. If this field is blank, the system falls back to looking only at the geometry type instead for this service request mapping. This field is optional, but strongly recommended.
Service request map ID
The identifier of the service request map. This field is display only and is assigned when creating a new service request mapping.
Geometry type
The type of the geometry used for this map. This field has a choice-list. This field is required. Options for the box are as follows:
Point: A single point on a map, such as an asset or work position.
Linear: Any linear service request, linear asset, or linear work order.
Polygon: An entire polygon asset, such as a park or an area of grass.
Feature server URL
The URL of the GIS feature server.
GIS service index
The GIS service index that the data is sent to.
GIS service request ID column
The name of the column in ArcGIS that the service request ID will be mapped to.
Include geometry
Check this box to include the geometry in the data sent to GIS. If this is unchecked, this data is not included.
Allow insert
Check this box to enable the service to create a new GIS feature if it does not already exist.
Allow update
Check this box to enable the service to update a GIS feature if it exists.
