Attributes |
The Attributes tab allows you to enter information for the attributes associated with this work order.
The fields in the top section of this tab default from the information entered on the Basic Info tab. These fields are display only.
WO ID
Identifier of the work order currently selected in the grid.
Equipment ID
Identifier of the work order's equipment unit.
Job status
Job status of the work order.
OPEN: The work order has not yet been completed.
WORK FINISHED: Shop personnel have completed the work and placed a check in the Date and time finished field on the Basic Info tab for this work order.
CLOSED: The work order is no longer open.
PENDING: Work has not yet started on this work order.
Current work delay
Identifier of the reason for the current work delay, if any, on the work order. The work delay description displays to the right of the ID. Display only from the Work delay ID field on the Delay tab.
The Attributes screen group lists the data files associated with the work order. These fields are optional.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Attribute ID
The identifier of the attribute for the work order. If there is a line added, there must be an attribute ID added for that line.
Name
The name of the attribute. This is display only and is defaulted once an attribute ID is selected.
Text value
Free-form text description of the attribute, such as "NET 30". The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
Numeric value
Numeric value associated with the attribute, such as "10.0000". The maximum number of decimal places is four. Optional.
Date value
Date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) associated with the attribute. Use it to track additional data that you may need. This field is optional.
Comments
Text field in which you can enter comments regarding the delay. Maximum field length is 600 characters.
Path and file name
Navigation path and file name of the data file associated
with the work order. Maximum field length is 255 characters. This field
has a file launch button .
