How to use Administrator mode to remove fields from the filter |
Some screens support special filter fields that are hidden on the screen but visible in the filter dialog box. You can use Administrator mode to remove these fields from the filter.
Warning: If you remove a hidden field from the filter, you will not be able to access that field again. You will need to contact Customer Support to get the field reinstated.
Step 1. Access the screen on which you want to remove a field from the filter.
Step 2. Click the Filter button in the toolbar menu.
The filter dialog box displays.
Step 3. Click the Modify UI Information button in the toolbar menu.
Step 4. Place your cursor in the field you want to remove from the filter and right-click.
Step 5. Select Modify UI from the shortcut menu.
The Control Detail dialog box displays.
Step 6. In the Filter field, select N from the drop-down menu..
Step 7. Click OK.
