Locations


The Locations tab of the Vendor Contracts screen enables you to define location information for the vendor contract.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Vendor contract ID

Identifier of the vendor contract currently selected in the grid or that you are inserting or editing. The application assigns the ID; this field is display only.

Detail View

Data in the fields on the bottom section of this tab define basic information about the work project. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.

Locations/Resources Data Table

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.

Location ID

The identifier of the location used for this contract.

Location name

The name of the location. This field displays the name associated with the Location ID.
