Basic Info (Dock Receipts)


Use the Basic Info tab to view, edit, add, or delete information relating to the dock receipt.

Detail Header

Dock receipt ID

The unique identifier of the dock receipt.

Detail View

The fields in the bottom section of this tab define the basic information for the location. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.

Location ID

The location of the dock receipt. This must be a valid location. This is required.

Tracking number

The tracking number of the receipt.

Vendor ID

This is optional. Must be valid if entered.

Employee ID

The identifier of the employee. This is auto-populates with the user's employee record if there is one when creating a new dock receipt record.

Date and time received on dock

This is the date and time the item is received on the dock. This auto-populates to the current time when creating a record. This field is required.

Completed

Check this box when the dock receipt is complete.

Comment

Add or view comments on the dock receipt.
