Basic Info (Put-away Cards) |
The Basic Info tab for put-away cards enables you to display and define identifying information about the put-away process.
The field at the top section of this tab defines the data that displays in the tabs below.
Put-away Card ID
The ID for the put-away card. To find a put-away card ID, click the search icon at the top of the page and apply a filter. Then, select an ID from the returned list in the grid.
Purchase Order ID
Displays the associated purchase order ID. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Line number
Displays the associated line number. This value can be used when summing the amount inventoried across multiple receipts to verify if a part request line item is fulfilled. It can also be used to determine how much to change the quantity committed by an existing part request line item that is waiting on parts. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Receipt ID
Displays the associated Receipt ID. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Transfer ID
Displays the associated transfer ID. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Part ID and Part Suffix
Displays the associated part ID and part suffix. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Receipt location ID
Displays the associated receipt location ID. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Quantity
Displays the associated Quantity. This field cannot be edited and will automatically populate depending on the put-away card ID in the header.
Put-away sheet ID
Displays the put-away sheet ID for the associated put-away card if one has already been assigned. This value can be assigned or edited by clicking the Edit icon in the header and then entering a value.
Expedited at
Check this box when you would like to expedite the put-away card at time of receipt. If this box is checked, a valid date and time must be entered that is less than or equal to the current time.
by user ID: A valid User ID must also be entered or selected to identify who expedited the action.
Approved at
Check this box when the put-away process has been approved. This cannot be checked if the put-away card has not been completed. You also cannot modify a previously approved put-away card. If this box is checked, a valid date and time must be entered that is less than or equal to the current time.
by employee ID: A valid employee ID must also be entered or selected to identify who approved the action.
Rebuild work order ID
The identifier of the work order assigned for the rebuild. This field has a choice-list.
Production run ID
The identifier of the production run.
Assigned employee ID
The employee assigned to the put-away card. This field has a choice-list.
Picking card
If checked, this record is a picking card.
Picking card canceled
The card has been canceled if this checkbox is checked. This cannot be checked through the screen, but will be checked if the process is canceled through the part requests or transfers workflow. When this box is checked, the record is not allowed to be edited.
