Authorization

The Authorization tab allows the user to enable or disable the permissions for the following.

• Time sheets

• Labor transactions

• Parts transactions

• Commercial transactions

• Usage tickets or Motor Pool transactions

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Project Code ID

Identifier of the project currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. The project description displays to the right of the ID.

Authorized for Time Sheets

This check box allows the use of Time Sheets for the Project Code ID. This check box is unchecked by default.

Authorized for Labor Transactions

This check box allows the use of Labor Transactions for the Project Code ID. This check box is unchecked by default.

Authorized for Part Transactions

This check box allows the use of Part Transactions for the Project Code ID. This check box is unchecked by default.

Authorized for Commercial Transactions

This check box allows the use of Commercial Transactions for the Project Code ID. This check box is unchecked by default.

Authorized for Usage Tickets or Motor Pool Transactions

This check box allows the use of Usage Tickets or Motor Pool Transactions for the Project Code ID. This check box is unchecked by default.
