Specify parameters in the shortcut |
To set personal preferences that determine the information or format that FASuite uses when you open it on your workstation, you can customize the shortcut in the icon or menu item that you use to open FASuite.
Step 1. Right-click the FASuite icon on your desktop.
Step 2. Select
Properties from the menu that
appears.
The FASuite Properties box appears.
Step 3. Select the Shortcut tab.
Step 4. In the Target: box, insert the appropriate parameter at the end of the target command (preceded by a space):
language
-en Displays FASuite in English
-fr Displays FASuite in French
-de Displays FASuite in German
-es Displays FASuite in Spanish
Note: If you do not specify a language in the shortcut, FASuite displays in English.
date and time format
-dmy Displays dates in DD/MM/YYYY format (day/month/year)
-mdy Displays dates in MM/DD/YYYY format (month/day/year)
Note: If you do not specify a date format in the shortcut, FASuite uses the date format set for the workstation’s operating system.
message notification
-nomsg No messages display
imports
imports: -<path>\<command file name>
