All tractors must have meter type M (or K, for metric users).

All trailers must have meter type M (or K, for metric users).

All Thermo Kings must have meter type H.

If a ticket has both odometer and hour meter readings, it is for a trailer or Thermo King. The equipment unit on the ticket is the trailer, and the equipment unit of the Thermo King is in the associated equipment number field of the trailer’s equipment master data entry. In this case, FASuite records the odometer reading for the trailer, and the hour meter reading, fuel quantity, fuel cost, fluid quantity and fluid cost for the Thermo King.

Otherwise, the ticket is for a tractor or trailer and is processed for that unit.
