Comments and Notes

The Comments and Notes tabs in FASuite both enable you to view and record information.

Comments can potentially be changed or deleted by anyone who has access the applicable screen. Notes, however, cannot be changed. Notes also include the user ID of the person who entered the information as well as the date and time that the note was entered.

FASuite retains notes permanently; notes entered on a work order, for example, become a permanent part of the unit's work history.
