• Date and time closed

• Date and time completed

• Date and time expected delivery

• Date and time needed by

• Date and time ordered

• Date and time requested

• Description

• Employee ID – buyer

• Employee ID – closed by

• Employee ID – ordered by

• Employee ID – requested by

• Location

• Purchase type

• Status

• Store ID

• Vendor ID
