Service level agreements (SLAs) are service commitments between fleet management and the customers (departments) that own or use equipment. FleetAnywhere can monitor and report on the performance of these agreements to facilitate comparisons between goals and actual performance. The system can track any number of service level agreements, each of which applies to one department and one equipment category for a specific time period.
