You can copy service requests using the Copy button . This is helpful if a service request was submitted for the wrong equipment unit or an issue reported previously has reappeared. You must have the applicable screen rights to use this feature.

The following items may be copied:

• C/C/C Info tab

• Comments tab

• Contact name, contact phone, contact's occupation

• Date and time required

• Defect code

• Estimated hours

• Files tab

• Operating Restrictions tab

• Priority ID

• Recurrence/More Info tab

• Repair reason

• Task ID

• Tasks tab

• Work class

• Work group

• Work type
