You can use the Copy function on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Work Order Center and Data -> Shop Activity -> Linear Work Order screens to streamline data entry.

Data items and tabs that are copied:

• Account ID

• Employee ID

• Estimate check box

• Estimating tab

• Files tab

• Job type

• Priority ID

• Repair reason

• Service status

• Tasks, unless the equipment unit has PM or inspection services soon due and there is a check (ü) in the Add late/soon due PM services to repair orders as tasks field on the Options tab on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Options screen

• Vendor ID

• Work order location

• Accident ID

• Approved checkbox

• Commercial tab

• Component rebuild checkbox

• Contact name

• Contact phone

• Current Labor Assignments tab

• Date and time fields

• Delay tab

• Equipment ID

• Equipment planning project ID

• Hat number

• Incident ID

• Insurance claim
