Use the following shortcut keys to copy and paste text.

• Copy text:  Ctrl + C

• Paste text:  Ctrl + V

• Copy values from previous field row:  Shift + ' (single quote)

• Note: Copying values from previous fields is helpful if you are entering multiple rows of data and need to enter the same value in the same field in all rows.
