The most common keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

• Cancel (change):  Ctrl + Z

• Copy text from previous field row:  Shift + ’  (single quote). This only works when the field is empty to allow you to enter a quotation mark (") as needed for an entry.

• Copy text:  Ctrl + C

• Delete line from entry grid (clear a row):  Ctrl + B

• Filter data:  Ctrl + F

• Get data:  Ctrl + G

• Insert current date and time (while the cursor is in the field):  Ctrl + N

• Insert new record (when not in Insert or Update mode):  Ctrl + N

• Paste text:  Ctrl + V

• Prepare to update record:  Ctrl + U

• Process (save) record:  Ctrl + S
