When you generate usage tickets by processing meter readings from the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Usage -> Meter Readings - Assignments - Usage screen, such tickets are uniquely identified and the following actions performed:

• Inserts the value in the End date and time field (date and time of the transaction date when you last processed meter readings for the equipment unit on the screen) in the Begin date and time field. The value is recorded as the begin date and time for the usage ticket.

• Records the value in the End date and time field as the end date and time for the usage ticket.

• Inserts the values in the Meter 1 reading and Meter 2 reading fields (readings when you last processed meter readings for the equipment unit on the screen) in the Begin meter 1 reading and Begin meter 2 reading fields. These values are recorded as the begin meter 1 and meter 2 readings for the usage ticket.

• Records the values in the Meter 1 reading and Meter 2 reading fields as the end meter 1 and end meter 2 readings for the usage ticket.

• Records, on the usage ticket, values for the equipment unit at the time of the transaction, in the Operator ID, Operator name, Department ID, and Account ID fields on the Assignments tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen.
