Manager approval is required before a reservation may be CONFIRMED.

You may manually select the APPR REQD status, or it can be set as the default status on the Supported Locations tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen. You can specify the requirement by pool vehicle type (for example, you require approval for all heavy equipment but not for sedans), or specifically for a pool vehicle type at certain locations.

If the clerk requires additional information before approving the reservation, he or she can place a check in the More information required field.
