Tasks |
The Tasks tab enables you to add tasks that are supported by the account.
Account ID
Account ID previously identified or created on the Basic Info tab. The account ID name displays to the right. This field is read only.
Data in the bottom section of this tab define basic information about the external account identifier. These fields are optional.
Supports all tasks
Check this field to allow the account to support all tasks available.
Enforce task restrictions for this account
Check this box to enforce task restrictions for this account. If this is checked, the system will validate against which tasks are available for use with this account, and which ones are not.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Task ID
If there is a task added, the task ID must be valid and active. Tasks that are currently used on accounts cannot be deleted.
Task description
The description of the task chosen in the Task ID field.
