Part Labels


The Part Labels screen provides the ability to print additional receipt labels after the part has already been received.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of the tab defines the data that displays.

Printer ID

(Required) Enter or select from the list box a Printer ID that has a label printer type. Will default to your default label printer.

Part ID - Part suffix

(Required) Enter or select form the list box a Part ID and Part suffix.

Label quantity

(Required) Enter the quantity of labels you would like to print. The quantity must be greater than zero.

Label type

(Required) Enter or select from the list box a Label type to be printed.

Criteria

Location ID

(Optional) Enter or select the Location ID of the Part.

Bin ID

(Optional) Enter or select the Bin ID where the part is stored. Bin ID choices are limited to the bins at the specified location.

Vendor ID

(Optional) Enter or select the Vendor ID.

Serial number

(Optional) Enter or select a serial number. Serial number choices are limited to those defined for the Part Id and suffix.

Last rebuild date

(Optional) Select a date from the calendar. Must be a date less than or equal to today.

Work order ID

(Optional) Enter or select a work order location ID.

Part replacement reason

(Optional) Enter or select a part replacement reason. Choices include WARRANTY, REBUILDABLE, SERIALIZED, and CORE.

Last removal date

(Optional) Select a date from the calendar. Must be a date less than or equal to today.

Position ID

(Optional) Enter or select a position ID for the part.

Last install date

(Optional) Select a date from the calendar. Must be a date less than or equal to today.
