Count Analysis |
Once the count for all bins for a part at a stock location has been entered, use the Count Analysis screen to review and perform adjustments on part counts for which there is a discrepancy between the count and the system quantity on hand. The screen provides statistics and part transaction information so that you can decide whether to recount, perform an adjustment, or take no action and consider the part ID/suffix counted.
The Count Analysis screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorization to make updates.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on part ID/suffix, inventory location ID, count ID, and count status.
Tip: For more information on changing multiple records for bulk recount status, refer to the help on the Basic Info page.
