Bay resources |
To specify the available bay resources, you must define the types of work that technicians can perform in various bays and then specify which of those bay work types each individual bay supports. You can associate each bay with one or more bay work types. Be sure to include at least one general bay work type that requires no special bay attributes so that tasks can be scheduled with no special bay requirements to any available bay that can support general work.
The following are examples of bay work types:
General 20-foot
General 40-foot
Lube pit
Lube/grease guns
X-ton lift (where you specify the lift rating)
Wheel alignment
Paint booth
High ceiling
