Reported problem on an equipment unit that arises for either of the following reasons:

• The unit is not in the shop but has a reported problem that you intend to repair the next time it is in the shop (rather than take it out of service immediately).

• A pending item on a work order for the equipment unit was not completed. The item is carried forward to the next shop visit.
