• Insert new user password: System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Change Password

• Require password for employee labor capture: Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Options (field on Options tab)

• Set rules for format, length, acceptable characters, and how often passwords must be changed: System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Options (Passwords tab)

• Set rules regarding user passwords; disable user logins: System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Users (Security Options tab)

• Set security rules for user passwords and logins:  System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Options

• Track user passwords (date it was changed and what the new password is): System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Options (Passwords tab)
