Key points about user groups:

• Each user group has a set of Rights templates. Screen rights are required; the others are optional

• One user can be assigned to two or more groups

• Users inherit all the rights for all groups to which they are assigned

• Organizations typically appoint someone to be the system administrator to manage security setup in the application
