Setup and Save (Toolbar)


The Setup and Save choices on the Toolbar menu enable you to define the screens on which you want to include a toolbar that contains quick-link buttons that display other screens. This feature is especially helpful if you use certain screens frequently, because you do not have to navigate the menu to display the screen. The toolbar displays only on your workstation.

To add a button to the toolbar for the current software session:

Step 1.  Access the screen on which you want the toolbar button to appear.

Step 2.  Go to the Preferences -> Toolbar -> Setup screen.

Step 3.  In the Toolbar setup dialog box, in the Available Screens column, click the name of the screen on which you want a button to appear.

Step 4.  Click the Add button.

In the Selected Screens column, the name of the screen button displays in the Screen field and the menu from which the screen is available displays in the Menu path field. The button displays in the toolbar for the remainder of the current FASuite session.

Step 5. Click OK.

To include the button on the toolbar each time you log on to the software:

Step 1.  Access the screen on which the button appears.

Step 2.  Select Preferences -> Toolbar -> Save.
