Notification Template |
This screen allows you to create lists of individuals and groups to be notified about user-defined work order types. You cannot delete a notification template if it is used on a notification instance with an status of IN PROGRESS. However, you can delete a template if it is used on an instance with the status of STOPPED, CANCELLED, or COMPLETED. You can only assign one function per each notification template record so there are no issues with assigning users with the correct actions for a certain functional area.

The Basic Info tab for the notification template screen provides you with more information about the notification process.
The following check boxes are found under the Functions tab. These boxes turn on the functionality for certain types of items.
