Symptoms |
The Symptoms screen enables you to define symptoms and the tasks associated with correcting them, both of which are used on work orders. Defining symptoms and their associated tasks can help your customers and shop personnel report service requests and problems. For example, if a customer reports an air leak, the task choice list would be limited to task IDs associated with the symptom "air leak". You can also set a default priority for new service requests at the symptom (or symptom and asset category) level.
