Custom Filters


This screen is used by various products, including web and mobile applications, to centralize the storage and management of user-defined custom filters. It manages all current user-saved filters, including filters from Asset Portal, Asset Chooser, and Work Management Portal. The filters are shareable with User Groups and Locations and contain attributes for custom data and some common properties of their own.

Custom Filter information can be inserted, updated, deleted or copied.

Detail View Header

Customer Filter ID

Identifier of the custom filter. This field has a choice list where an existing ID can be selected. If you are creating a new Custom Filter ID, type the new ID in this field.

Date Updated

Date the custom filter was updated.

Date Created

Date the custom filter was created.

User Created

The User ID of the person who created the filter.
