Change Request Statuses


The Change Request Statuses screen allows you to see the status of any change requests.

This displays the name of the request status for the item record you are viewing.

The current state of the change request. Change request statuses will either be PENDING or COMPLETED.

Default for new change requests

This is the default status that auto-populates into the change request status field when you start a new change request record using the Change Request: Selected Record or New Record option in Enterprise Portal Menu. This checkbox may only be enabled on a single change request status record within the system.

Default for completed change requests

This is the default status used for when a change request is completed by applying the requested changes to the original source record. This status is used when a change request processor uses the Open Source Screen button and then clicks Save to apply the changes to the source record. This checkbox may only be enabled on a single change request status record within the system.

Require note on entry of change request

If this box is checked, when you save a change request with this status the New Note field will require text from the user before allowing the change request record to be saved to the system.
