The Customer Support web site includes the following features:
Submit Issue: Enter support tickets online
Customer Training: Access to webinars, training manuals, presentations from the latest Users Conference, newsletters, Tech Tips
Knowledgebase: Search for topics; check status of open support tickets
Documents: Access to information, information for customers, and product information
Downloads: Download latest releases, FuelFocus, InfoCenter, MAXQueue, and MobileFocus
File Sharing: Share reports, dashboards, codes, or files with other customers
Downloads: Download full and patch releases of all the products, including the application, Web Modules, and MobileFocus
Technical Profiles: (In development) View and/or update the technical information for products. Track product version, interfaces, operating system, and database management system
Enhancement Voting: Online customer voting system for enhancements
