Outsourced Maintenance



The Outsourced Maintenance tab contains the setup options for the Outsourced Maintenance workflows for a chosen vendor.

Detail View Header

Vendor attribute ID

Identifier of the attribute currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field is required.

Detail View

Vendor allowed to create work order

This checkbox option, when toggled, allows the vendor to create a Work Order. This field is optional.

Variance allowed on work order charges

When this field is populated, a warning will display on invoice processing to advise the vendor to review for discrepancies based on the amount of variance percentage.

Default work order location ID

This field is a choice-list. Select a Work Order Location ID for the vendor. The description will populate in the field to the right of this choice-list. This field is optional.

Threshold to require authorization

This field allows you to set a threshold to require authorization. If this is exceeded, the vendor will need to obtain authorization for the ticket. This field must be zero (0) or greater.
