The Audit tab displays the date and time a reimbursement claim was created and by whom and the date and time a reimbursement claim was last updated and by whom. It also has a button that enables you to access the System Mgmt -> Activity Log screen.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on claim ID, claim type, work order location/ID/year, part ID/suffix, vendor ID, and task ID, among other values.
The field in the top section of this tab defaults from information entered on the Claim Data tab. It is display only.
Claim ID
Identifier of the selected claim.
The bottom section of the tab displays the date and time that the reimbursement claim was created and last modified. It also displays the user ID (or IDs) responsible. These fields are read only.
Date and time created
Date (in MM/DD/YY format) and time (in HH:MM format) that the reimbursement claim was created.
By user ID
Identifier of the user who created the claim.
Last modified
Date (in MM/DD/YY format) and time (in HH:MM format) that the reimbursement claim was last modified.
By user ID
Identifier of the user who last modified the claim.
Display additional details
Click the Display additional details button to access the Activity Log screen, which displays all entry and edit data for the record. At a minimum, you must have View permissions.
