Projects

The Projects tab enables you to associate projects with capital plans.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Capital plan ID

Identifier of the capital plan currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The plan description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

Detail View

The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to associate capital projects with a plan. All fields are optional.

Delete

If this field has a check, the entire row is deleted when you click Save. Projects may only be deleted if not assigned to active plans.

Capital project ID

Identifier of the capital project. This field has a list box. Capital projects are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Capital Planning -> Capital Projects screen.

Project description

Text description of the project. This field populates automatically when a capital project ID is specified.

Priority ID

Identifier of the project priority. This field has a list box. Capital project priorities are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Capital Planning -> Setup -> Capital Priorities screen.

Start year

Year (in YYYY format) that the project starts (or started).
