More Info (Departments) |
The More Info tab for departments enables you to document the greeting message to be used on the Web Modules Customer Access modules.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Department ID
Identifier of the department currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the department name displays to the right of the ID.
There is no limit to the number of department IDs that can be defined for an organization.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to record a greeting message for use in FA Web Modules and specify a responsible employee.
Customer access web application greeting text
Text field in which you can type a message that displays in the Web Modules. There are no restrictions on letters, numbers, and punctuation. The message converts to all uppercase letters after entry.
Responsible employee ID
Identifier of the employee who recorded the message. This field has a list box. The employee name displays beneath the ID.
