Attributes

The Attributes tab enables you to assign attributes to special fee batches.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Special fee batch ID

Identifier of the special fee batch currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the batch ID already exists, the description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

Detail View

The fields in the screen group in the bottom section of the tab enable you to assign attributes to special fee batches.

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.

• Note: You cannot delete an attribute ID currently assigned to a batch.

Special fee attribute ID

Identifier of the special fee attribute. This field has a list box. This field is required.

Attributes for special fees defined on the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Special Fees -> Setup -> Special Fee - Attributes screen.

Description

Text description of the special fee attribute. This field is display only.

Text value

Text value associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.

Numeric value

Numeric value associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 8 characters. This field is optional.

Date and time value

Date and time in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format. Use this field to track additional data that you may need. This field is optional.

Comments

Free-form text field in which you can enter comments regarding the attribute. Maximum field length is 60 characters. This field is optional.

Path and file name

Navigation path and name of the electronic file (e.g., digital pictures, text documents, scanned forms) associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 255 characters. This field has a file launch button .
