Positions |
The Positions screen enables you to define a standard list of valid positions on equipment units. Positions are used to determine part warranty notifications, and for serialized parts.
Position ID
Identifier of the position. Each position must be unique. The maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The position description displays to the right of the ID.
Description
Test description of the position. The maximum field length is 30 characters.
External identifier
External code or text description that identifies the position. Can be used in interfaces or FuelFocus. The maximum field length is 20 characters. This field is optional.
