The Report Info tab enables you to specify the information to include on the Facility Summary Report.
Data in the bottom section of this tab define report information on the Facility Summary Report. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.
Location ID range
The following fields control the range of locations to include on the Facility Summary Report. You can specify either a single location or a range of locations. If you enter values in both fields to specify a range, only the locations within the range are printed. To print the report for all locations, leave both fields blank. Refer to location range examples.
from
This field has a list box. If the from location exists, its description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
to
This field has a list box. If the to location exists, its description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Report periods
The following fields control the time period to include on the Facility Summary Report.
Current year to date
If this field has a check (ü), the report provides a summary of activity for the current fiscal year to date. The first column of the report lists data for the ending month of the specified period. The second column lists the totals from the beginning of the current fiscal year through the specified month in the Ending month field.
Ending month
The total is set to the value of the inventory currently on hand, so you should run this report at the end of the month.
CAUTION: Do not set the ending month to a prior month and then re-run end-of-period processing. The inventory values for that month will be set to the values currently on hand.
