FuelFocus is an automated fuel management system that supports continuous, real-time fuel management over virtually any communication platform. FuelFocus can help your organization improve accountability for metered or pulsed consumables, including gasoline, diesel, propane, CNG, LNG, hydrogen, glycol, and lubricants.

The system includes a sophisticated combination of hardware and software to manage consumable assets across your enterprise. FuelFocus processes the issue, receipt, and transfer of all fuel and fluid consumables, including commercially purchased fuel. When integrated with the FleetFocus line of fleet management software solutions, data captured by FuelFocus (such as odometer readings, hour meters, and vehicle and employee information) is validated in real-time against values stored in a single, centralized database.

• Tank receipts (use the Data -> Fuel/Fluid Activity -> Receipts screen)

• Tank readings (use the Data -> Fuel/Fluid Activity -> Tank Readings screen)

• Up-to-the-minute fueling information in the database with real-time validations and instantaneous feedback to users at the Island Control Unit (ICU).

• Ability to limit the number of fuelings per day.

• Automated low-volume notification for fuel ordering—based on user-defined minimum levels.

• View completed fuel transactions by authorized users on the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Fueling -> Internal Fuel Tickets screen.

• Assign fuel cards to equipment units (use the Authorization tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen).

• Support for outside fuel sales; has Paymentech option.

• Handle errors (see FuelFocus error messages).
