Totalizer Readings |
The Totalizer Readings screen enables you to display and record readings on totalizers (meters that track the quantity of fuel issued through fuel pumps).
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
Site ID
Identifier of the site where the pump is located.
Note: If your organization’s fuel system interface has an ID lower than 53, do not enter information in this field.
If the fuel system uses more than four characters in site numbers, use the last four characters. Required for fuel systems with IDs greater than or equal to 53 and for organizations that have duplicate pump or hose numbers at different sites. See the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Fueling -> Automated Fuel Tickets screen.
Pump ID
Identifier of the pump that is part of the automated fuel dispensing system at this site. If there are pumps at different sites with the same pump or hose number, there must be a value in the Site ID field.
Pump IDs are defined on the Data -> Fuel/Fluid Tanks -> Pumps screen.
Data in the field in the bottom section of this tab define information about the readings.
Read date and time
Date and time (in MMDDYYYY HH:MM format) that the totalizer was read.
Reading
Reading on the totalizer.
