PM work orders |
FASuite tracks the completion and original due date information for PM and inspection services. The data is updated when the schedule is updated, and is stored in the TSK_MAIN table for reporting purposes. Users can write reports on the data to determine how close to the due date and meter the service was performed.
FASuite includes the following information on the hard copy of PM work orders:
Pending service requests (deferred maintenance) about the unit that have been associated with the work order.
Complete text of all comments.
List of other currently open work orders for the same equipment unit.
Detailed list of all the PM tasks included in the PM service to be performed, including procedures defined for any task.
Service request description and any comments associated with the service request.
Work order messages, such as WORK ORDER REQUIRES APPROVAL.
The following components are under development:
List of any special work to be performed because the unit’s historical costs exceed applicable standards.
Warning messages about excessive operating costs.
Warning messages if the last scheduled PM was not completed.
