To add other charges, use the following procedure:

Step 1.  If there is number greater than 0 in the One-way field on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen and the return location on the reservation is different from the dispatch location, FASuite adds the amount of the one-way rate.

Step 2.   Calculates the number of days, if any, and the number of part-day hours, if any, the unit is returned later than the expected return date and time.

Step 3.  Calculates the charges for late hours and late days. To do this, FASuite applies the appropriate rental rate, specified on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen, to the late time calculated in step 2 for such time unit.
