If the following conditions exist, FASuite adjusts usage time to the lowest appropriate charge using full days:

If the Convert part day to full field on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen is blank

AND

Either of the following conditions exist:

• The One day minimum field is blank

• The Usage hours field has a value greater than zero

To adjust for the lowest charge using full days, FASuite calculates the usage charges based on the number of full days used plus the number of hours, if any, in the remaining fraction of a day. If the charge for the number of hours in the remaining fraction of a day exceeds the rate per day, FASuite adds 1 to days used, sets part-day hours used to 0, and adds the rate per day to the usage charge calculated based on the number of full days
