There is a check (ü) in the Automatically create equipment warranty claims when closing work order including warranty work field on the Work Orders - More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
The Disable pop-up messages when equipment claim is automatically created field on the Data -> Warranty -> Setup -> Options screen is blank.
The work order is closed.
A warranty claim is automatically generated when:
YES displays in the Default setting for warranty when warranty is in effect field on the Work Orders - More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organizational Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
A warranty claim is automatically generated when:
A second commercial repair occurs within the warranty period.
There is a check (ü) in the Automatically create equipment warranty claims when post commercial task under vendor warranty field on the Work Orders - More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
The work order is closed.
A warranty claim is automatically generated when:
A second part is replaced within the warranty period.
There is a check (ü) in the Automatically create warranty claims when part under warranty is replaced field on the Inventory - More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen
There is a check (ü) in the Message when part under warranty is replaced field on the Messaging tab of the Data -> Parts Items -> Setup -> Options screen.
The part is posted to a work order.
