The system charges monthly costs during end-of-month processing to equipment units who meet all of the following criteria.

• Acquisition tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen

• In service date field: Value is not greater than the last day of the month for the end-of-month processing being executed

• Note: Billing processing is based upon the Actual Service Date, or the date that the work is finished. This date will appear in the following billing cycle. For Example: If the Actual Service Date is April 1 (04/01), then the charges will not show until June once the End of Month processing for May has been conducted.

• Replacement and Disposition tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen

• Retirement date field: Field is either blank or has a value greater than the last day of the month for the end-of-month processing being executed

• Life-cycle status code ID on the Status tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen has a check (ü) in the Status denotes that unit is active field on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Life Cycle Status Codes screen.
