Location security on EP purchase orders

Purchase orders (and other purchasing entities) have a location at the header level, and each line item has a location. The line item location can be the same as the header location, or it can be any location that has the header location as its supplied-by location.

The header location (central warehouse or individual stockroom) is responsible for ordering parts, and the line item locations (central warehouse or satellite stockroom) receive the parts.

Normally, workers at the central warehouse have view and edit rights to their location and all the locations that they supply, and workers at satellite stockrooms have edit rights to their location and view rights to their location and their central warehouse location. Satellite stockroom personnel who need to update purchase order information (other than just receiving items) must have update rights to the central warehouse location as well.
