The Reports choice list in the Standard toolbar lists all the queries and reports that the logged-in user is authorized to execute.

If you only want to execute previously defined queries and reports, it offers an alternative to the Query/Report Generator screen. If you want to create custom queries and reports, however, you should use the Query/Report Generator.
