The Audit tab provides view-only access to the input date and time and user name associated with the original data record as well as the date, time, and user name associated with its last modification. It also provides one-click access to the Activity Log screen, which displays all entry and edit data for the record. (At a minimum, you must have View permissions.)
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on incident ID, type, status, equipment ID, symptom, responsibility, a range of occurred dates and reported dates, and trip ID, among other values.
The fields in the top section of the Audit tab display the incident ID, the name of the user who recorded the incident, and the incident type. These fields are display only.
Incident ID
System-assigned identifier for the incident.
Entered by
Identifier of the user who initially entered the incident. The user's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
View details
This incident management screen displays all types of incidents. To view details specific to an incident that has a type other than INCIDENT, click the View details button. The appropriate incident screen will appear. For example, if the incident type is UNUSUAL OCC, you can click the View details button to access the Data -> Incident Management -> Unusual Occurrences screen for the incident.
Incident type
Overall category for the incident. The field has a list box:
INCIDENT -- default
DELAY
UNUSUAL OC
ACCIDENT
INJURY
ALARM
The fields in the bottom section of the tab display the date and time the record was both created and last modified, as well as by whom (user name). All fields are display only.
Date and time created
Date and time the original record was input into the application.
By user ID
Identification code of the user who input the record. The user's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Last modified
Date and time the record was last modified in the application.
By user ID
Identification code of the user who modified the record. The user's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Display additional details
Click the button to access the Activity Log screen, which displays all entry and edit data for the record. At a minimum, you must have View permissions.
