Incident Priorities |
The Priorities screen enables you to define the priority associated with an incident. The information specified on this screen is used in choice lists on other incident management screens, including the Delays and Accidents screens.
Priority
The priority that you are defining or that is currently displayed in the grid. This field is required, and the priority must be unique. The maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box:
ASAP
URGENT
EMERGENCY
The priority description displays to the right.
Note: You cannot delete a priority that is being used on an incident.
Description
Description of the priority. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
